Competitive Analysis
Our client requested a competitive analysis focusing on 4 companies. Each brand has its own strengths, but Eano closely aligns with our objectives, offering AI image generation, material procurement, collaborative workflows, and end-to-end service. This analysis helped us gain insights into the market landscape and generate ideas for our project.
Persona
User Flow
We created the user encompassing everything from creating a project plan to completing the home transformation, and we identified them as our minimum viable products (MVPs) to comply with our client's request.
Wireframe
We developed two user flows based on our MVPs: one for creating and sharing a project, and the other for approving tasks and processing payments.
Usability Test
After receiving feedback from 6 participants, we identified 2 major issues and addressed them to ensure a successful website launch, ensuring that essential tasks were completed in the process.
01. Budget Scroll was unclear as to what values were available.
I added values to always be seen with hash marks.

02. The breakdown of costs in the summary section is unclear.
To improve clarity, I adjusted the visual hierarchy so that the โmaterialsโ and โlaborโ sections are connected to the total cost.

Lesson Learned
01. Set goals and deadlines specifically: As our team fell behind schedule on our group project, we held a meeting to review our goals and deadlines. After identifying areas needing improvement, we adjusted our timeline to get back on track. This showed us the importance of setting clear goals and deadlines for project success.
02. Embrace the change of plan: I learned to be open to adjusting designs as a natural part of the iterative design process. Each iteration presents an opportunity to refine and enhance the user experience. Flexibility allows for iteration and improvement.
